Get started with IBM Service Management Products

A Simplification Package has been published on the ISM Library to help customers get started with our ISM products, providing additional capabilities for  ease of use and quick configuration.

This package of features enable customers to streamline and simplify product configuration and data loading, use simplified views of key applications, access a configuration item (CI) topology to perform root cause analysis from the Incidents application, and track the costs of changes.

Each one of these features is available as a separate solution for installation. These features are compatible and work on top of one or more of these products:

  • CCMDB v7.2.1, with CCMDB Fix Pack v7.2.1.1
  • Service Request Manager v7.2.1, with Service Request Manager Fix Pack v7.2.1.1
  • IBM Tivoli Asset Manager for IT v7.2.2
